Wakato is a hyperactive and passionate lady who has hundred-thousands of persuasion and propaganda techniques up her sleeves. She swoons over every ultimate and would be willing to become the Ultimate Journalist instead just to know another ultimate better. She's generally very kind and welcoming if you don't address the elephant in the room.
Wakato has a mid-toned hyper feminine voice that makes her sound like shes yodeling every sentence.
