Joe is a bully and is friends with Logan and Riley. He does not want to bully Gerald, but joins in with the group anyway. He has a weird, massive crush on Gerald’s mom that he tries to hide, but everyone knows about it because of how painfully obvious it is. Joe’s friends are genuinely uncomfortable by this and Gerald thinks it is annoying. He is less likely to make his own decisions and does whatever Logan tells him to do. 

Tone: Medium Register level. However, any other pitches can be fine for this role.
