Episode Thumbnail Artist

Looking for a Episode Thumbnail artist for the series as a recurring gig, which I'm currently estimating to run for a potential 70 episodes if not possibly more.

Must have either a unique, evocative style, or gorgeous hyper-realism (like the example below), and know how to create eye-catching thumbnails and images for social media audio podcast platforms like Spotify/iTunes/YouTube, etc. Ability to draw human anatomy well is a must!!!
