Jia Huan (Hangul: 가환, ga hwan) is an overarching antagonist introduced in Canto I: The Outcast and a newcoming member of the new League of Nine Littérateurs.
Voice description: Medium, somewhat smooth masc voice. Speaks in a somewhat poetic manner but most of his lines are full of spite and contempt.
