the Wicked Witch of the West returns with the leading villain role, and sticks to the traits / personality from the novels and movie. She is brutal, sarcastic, and irritable. She just really wants those ruby slippers.
Since "Of Oz" is a fantasy / half-comedy, I won't be relying too much on the musical aspect of things, though having the chosen voice actress sing small bits here and there would be an incredible plus.
