Chips starts as a smaller supporting role but grows into a larger role, even becoming one of the protagonists later on. He's a member of the Casino Crew.

He is a stack of poker chips. This cowboy's very stubborn, unconfident, and impulsive. For being a poker dealer, he has a terrible poker face. Being such a truthful person, it's clear when he's lying or hiding something. Even though he's bad at it, he hides behind a faulty mask and a smile. He ultimately desires to help those he cares about, neglecting his own needs. He's determined to wear this mask and act like he's okay, so he can help everyone else. He's very selfless. Despite his own inability to hide things, he knows when to lock in, insanely observant in turn of the lies others try to hide. No one escapes his keen eye, just as he can't escape his own unrealistic expectations on himself to help others.
