Sera is a seraphim angel and a former antagonist turned major supporting character in Hazbin Hotel who made her debut in "Welcome to Heaven". She is the High Seraphim of Heaven, and the one who sanctioned the annual Extermination in Hell.
After personally witnessing the redemption of the sinner demon, Sir Pentious, Sera set about changing the rules of Heaven under the guidance of The Speaker of God.
