Cicero should feel composed and intentional, never chaotic. She can appear polite, even gentle, but there should always be something dangerous underneath. Her power is not loud. It is measured, final, and absolute.

She is not a cartoon villain. She is not theatrical. She is not emotionally messy. Her menace comes from restraint.
