The referee of the Thumb Wrestling Federation is here to make sure all of the rules are kept well-balanced and properly followed! The referee's the one who conducts every match ever booked here in the T.W.F. All he has to do to get the show on the road is say "Lock 'em up!", and the battles shall commence!

(For the Referee's voice, I'm looking for a couple of male medium-pitched action-packed-sounding voices. Something that probably gives off Millis Lane vibes. Or you can do an impersonation of the referees from the actual T.W.F series. I will cast multiple male voice actors for this role, and each one I cast for will have at least one episode each to voice act as a ref.)
