The Master, the Doctor's arch nemesis, has regenerated into a homo aqua body! As with all the homo aqua characters in this story, delivery should be hoarse to match the quality of the original Sea Devil voices. The Master spends part of the story in disguise as a DJ. For this persona, a Californian or European accent would be appropriate.
