Wheezy is a larger supporting role. He's part of the Casino Crew.

He is a cigar. He's a chill jokester who knows when to be serious, though often acts nonchalant in serious situations. He's like the fun uncle of the Casino Crew, but knows when to put his foot down. He's especially rough with Dice, who's his closest friend. They're the kind of friends who playfully bicker and insult one another. He develops a deep relationship with Chips, showing more of his softer side. He's literally like a big teddy bear who curses like a sailor. When he begins to see that those he trusts aren't who they seem, he learns to trust his own gut the most. He also occasionally pops his lid when he's in a heated mood, being more mean in those moments.
