Hopus is a smaller supporting/antagonistic role. He's part of the Casino Crew.

He is kooky and playful, with a childlike innocence. But this rabbit is far from innocent. Behind his bright energetic eyes is a cynical view of the world, and a hint of manic sinister bloodlust. He has some screws loose, but deeply clings to the rest of the Casino Crew. They're like family to him. He may get easily distracted under normal circumstances, but when he is set on something, there's no changing his closed mind. And the moment something involves his family, this mindset knocks him down like a house of cards.

Feel free to improvize. Add in laughter when you feel it fits, some pizazz. Don't be afraid to literally go insane. Hopus sometimes likes to be extra even when he's in a bad mood. Hell, he is extra. Go ham.
