(Casual) Oonaka University has a festival that happens over three days. Since no one else has anything better to do, this becomes a very popular spot. Considering its an 'art school', you can probably guess what the fuck they actually do there. Art. It's a hard distinction.
What I find really funny is that you drop FULL raw file. Commentary included. The Oonaka University line was Kyoya, happens episode 3, actually. Pancakes is from Nanako and the first line is pretty much the whole personality from one background girl.
It would be really funny to have one dude do the voices for a bunch of background female characters tbh
