We are looking for a performance in the vein of Kathleen Delaney (Dark Age/Sonic X), or Lani Minella (SA2-Heroes), but you are also free to do your own thing as long as it's still attractive and grown. If I had to choose a Rouge voice actress, I highly recommend you do Kathleen Delaney (ONLY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO MIMIC). We are looking for someone who can balance "spy professional" with "playful flirt." REMEMBER:

She rarely sounds flustered. Even in danger, her voice remains smooth, melodic, and slightly "heavy" with confidence.
Please don't make her sound like an average "cartoon villain." She is a spy; her voice is her greatest tool for manipulation. Keep it grounded and "cool."
Do not "fry" your vocal cords to get that raspy or low sound.
Ensure recordings are free of background noise, peaking, or excessive room reverb for professional consideration.

(EXTRA: I also need to note that this cast will sing sometimes, not a lot but sometimes. If you can't sing in the character's voice, it's fine, we'll look for someone else. You're not getting replaced, it's just your singing voice will, not the voice acting part.)
