Frank Horrigan was the final boss of Fallout 2 and described by the Enclave and anyone that knew him as the ultra super mutant in power armor. He is the biggest mutant of series, towering over any behemoth. He can laugh off plasma bolts and sniper rifle fire. He can rip apart anything from a deathclaw to a full suit of power armor. Every character in the series from Azazel to Conrad to Cornelius has heard of the mutant and fears him. Frank was eventually killed on the Poseidon Oil Rig by the Chosen One and his comrades when he was cut in half and then exploded by the nuclear reactor.

In this series, Frank never died there, a vertibird managed to get to him on time and brought him to the Enclave's new base. Since then he has been recovering slowly as the enclave rebuilt his legs and putting him through physical therapy. He was finally released and badder than ever. But... When Horrigan was put on the Conrad case after Verne's first body was destroyed, the second Verne challenged the mutant to one on one combat and destroyed the former champion of the Enclave, ending his life for good with a curb stomp.

I did the first line as a test to see if I could get the audio anything like Frank. That's why it shifts to a better quality for the next two, because I spent more time on it.
