Every time I close my eyes, my brain starts counting everything I screwed up that day. Posts I missed. People I forgot to talk to. Stuff I should’ve noticed. So… yeah. Figured I might as well stay awake and actually fix things instead.
They might. Look at all these people, so tiny, basically defensless. I might not be strong back at home, but here, we tower over them. It's good to feel like, I don't know. Like you're needed.
