Tsurayuki is a marvelous film writer. His family is also loaded and has a complicated relationship with them to the point they will send their maids to watch him sleep, but he's gotten used to handling everything himself, using the connections he has with his family and further out to make sure no one around him can become a cause of concern. He's pretty laid back and runs with jokes, but writing is one of his main passions even if he's asleep for most of the time.

(Annoyed at the misunderstanding) I'm not saying they're brain dead! It's going to ruin THIS film, making it look more amateur because their isn't enough built up to give a fuck about them!
(half-awake, called on unexpectily) If you want to create something original, you'll need to push off from something so generic, you need to not ask 'am I following the correct method' and do it based on what you get out of it. How that can be interpreted to their audience and whether you truly made something worth while. I don't want to be the next Satoshi Kon or next whatever. I'm creating something that I actually give a shit about and not for mass appeal.
