motherkuma has the same voice as monokuma just slightly robotic soulding
monokuma is quite open for interpritation he is the 'headmaster' of the killing game and is there to provide motivations and make sure they uphold the rules and keep things 'interesting'

looking for a mid-high voice but again he is very open to interpritations.
