Due to the theme of the production, numerous cult related figures and their ilk will fill many of the videos. This is a placeholder role that branches out into these numerous supporting characters! Unlike the various extras role, these characters are each important to the story in their own way, and you won't be a nameless extra by any means cast.
[Firm/charismatic] "Modern morality and manners suppress all natural instincts, keep people ignorant of the facts of nature and make them fighting drunk on bogey tales."
[Eerie/slow paced. Ghostly] “It has been said, 'the truth will make men free.' The truth alone has never made anyone free... It is only doubt... which will bring mental emancipation.”
So this is my first attempt at an audition if it’s incredibly bad, I apologize. Also I must say I love the writing for this project.
Welcome to CCC! A pleasure to make your acquaintance. It's an honor to be the first project you chose to audition for, truly. Also, have some faith in yourself! It wasn't incredibly bad by any means, though I do have some critiques. I definitely appreciate the vibe you were going for; however you're skirting this line of sounding a bit TOO slow-paced/winded. Almost out of breath or tired sounding. If you upped the energy a little bit to where it's still eerie but doesn't hint of exhaustion, I think we'd really have something here. Your microphone quality could be a bit better, but I understand that costs money, and not everyone is in the position to fix that currently. Anyway, feel free to try again with those criticisms in mind, or even see if there are any other roles ya like. It never hurts to try. Take care!
