The Anti-sue, Matsuda has the charm of a dead cat and the personality of a cardboard box. He's a decent human being but he suffers from overdosing on cynicism. He isn’t a complete joykill but he can really make or break the mood.

Voice type: Matsuda should have a medium low pitch for his voice. Also if possible i would like a bit of growl at the back of his throat to really sell the deadpanned attitude.
