Herr Starr is the main villain of the series and rightfully so, he is a cold, calculating killer as a member of the covert religious organization called the Grail. As well, this is a warning, he is a perverted man and is one of the biggest punching bags I've ever seen.
He doesn't appear right away in the series, but I want to get him casted before getting started, so please be a little patient.
Starr is german, cold and seemingly always pissed off, always about to blow up. Still, he does get some funny dead-pan lines, so be able to say some of the most weird shit without cracking.
I want Custer. I know you know him. You will tell me where he is or I will blow your face off the front of your skull.
As I told you, I intend to save the Grail from itself...
