"Burt can be painfully naive, and more than often a bit hot headed, but he really is one of the sweetest fellas you'd ever hope to meet. He's always got the best intentions at heart and tries to learn from his mistakes."

For this character I want him to have a bit of a jersey accent, not too much but just noticeable enough. 

And his voice should sound a bit higher, but not extremely high.
