Probably medium-low; he tends to travel a lot due to "work reasons" so I wouldn't quite say he has a set accent (though in my head it occasionally defaults to high class British) He's Damien's uncle and kind of a mentor to Mycroft. He has... quite a past (most of which probably won't be delved into in the game, but let's just say he's not entirely a good person and he knows it) He's mid-twenties in the past potions, and I'm probably not going to put up a separate casting for his older-self (he doesn't really go through any extreme changes, anyway)

Just to put his character in a bit more perspective, he's both arrogant and highly empathetic though also tends to settle for the quickest solution to most problems (even sometimes when he knows a slower, long-term solution would work better)
