Marie Aconda has never been the nicest of girls. She was raised in a small, tight, apartment with her 4 other siblings. Her parents always put her siblings before her, causing her to act irrationally to get their attention. She would scream, cry, shout, kick, wail, and even cut herself. Yet her parents ignored her. She thought becoming the perfect human being would force her parents to love her. She took a massive loan out of the bank and got plastic surgery. Marie came out of the surgery as one of the most visually appealing humans alive. When she went home, her parents didn't notice a single change. Becoming frustrated that she changed herself for no reason, at the age of 18 she ran away. Figuring she could put her beauty to use, She created a small modeling company. It wasn't long until this beauty got her first gig. She was told to meet in the parking lot of a famous mall. and Marie doubtfully agreed. When getting there, she realized the parking lot was almost abandoned. When Marie finally decided to head back to her car, she felt a gloved hand cover her mouth. As the beauty turned to see who it was, a needle was plunged into her neck, and Marie fell to the ground. Marie woke back up, handcuffed to post of a bed. She had been stripped of her clothes and put into a bikini. The startled and confused Marie was held captive for a week, with no clues of what she was doing there. After those 7 days, the iron cuffs were released, and a strong hand grabbed her wrist and shoved her into a car. When they got to an abandoned apartment complex, the strong handed (person? uhhh... yeah person) handed her wrist to another man. Then it hit her. She had been sold as a beauty object. Something to stare at. The man kept her for a year, doing nothing but taking pictures of her to sell. But the man was not happy. He wasn't making enough profit. So the man demanded that she sing, threatening her life if she didn't. She unwillingly agreed, and sang in a loud and clear voice. Marie had never sung before, and she wasn't good but not too bad. But the man started covering his ears and begging her to stop. She chose not to, and he managed to grab duct tape and cover her mouth and stop her. He proceeded to beat her verbally and physically. The police arrived three days later after rumors from the neighbors, and found a bruised, cut, beaten Marie with her mouth and hands duct taped.  When they untaped her mouth and took her to the police station to ask questions, she barely mustered a whisper. They hunted down the man and asked him questions, and he said she was a monster. Of course, the police knew where to send monsters- Acadia.
