Flowey is the main antagonist of the game. He seems to be friendly at first sight. But in fact, he is cruel, malevolent and cunning. I imagine two types of voices for him : a mix between Gollum and Stitch when he is normal and a tone which can instill fear in others when he uses his devilish faces.
