Hello! Since we have started production I have noticed we have grown a bit overwhelmed in terms of writing episodes. So we have decided to look for 2-3 more writers to add to our team. We are in need of strong support on the story side, especially with the episode planning and structure.

What You’d be Doing:

• Help plan and structure episodes

• Breaking down story beats and pacing 

• Assisting with subplot development

• Drafting and refining dialogue

• Helping create character breakdowns for voice actors

• Maintaining tone and character consistency
  
  

We have bi weekly meetings every Friday, usually later at night to accommodate work schedules.

Long term character arc and final creative decisions will remain with me to make sure we have a clear solid direction. This is collaborative, but direction will stay centralized.

Looking for Someone Who:

• Understands story structure and pacing

• Can be keep an unbiased outlook on characters

• Can breakdown episodes clearly ( not just write dialogue  ) 

• The ability to write grounding, natural dialogue 

• Consistent and able to communicate

• Can take feedback and revise
