Kyosuke Munakata is known as the Former Super High School Level Student Council President. He attended Hopes Peak, and graduated in the 74th class. He appears to be around 26 years old when this takes place. He is one of the few survivors of the original Danganronpa 3 killing game.

Kyosuke is cold and authoritative, holding a large grudge against despair. He will do anything in order to eradicate it, including kill others. Despite this, he can also be very charismatic, causing some to like him and be loyal to him. He doesn't exactly believe in either Hope or Despair, but rather Power. He understands the drawback to hope, and therefore doesn't think it is almighty. However, he is seen to be very pessimistic, believing that despair is all that can be left of the world. Munakata is decisive, logical, and reserved, and tries to not let emotion get in the way of his reasoning.

The voice for Munakata should be around a medium low, but anything in the medium or low register would work, as long as the delivery is good. He doesn't show any emotions, but he is more or less an antagonist, so be ready to deliver antagonistic lines.
