Koichi Kizakura has no talent, and therefore never attended Hopes Peak. However, he was the talent scout for Hopes Peak Academy. He appears to be in his mid to late 20's at the time this occurs. He becomes the 7th victim in the killing game that this is based off of, but who knows what could happen this time around.

Koichi is relaxed, passive, and whimsical most of the time, and he chooses to not get involved in arguments. Sometimes, he is too carefree, laying off his responsibilities and getting drunk. Despite this, he is known to be extremely loyal. Koichi also is a very reliable and quick-witted person, which is how he came to be a talent scout. He is also very observant and intelligent, despite how he normally acts. He is known to have sharp intuition, often relying on his gut feeling.

He should have a relaxed and carefree voice for most of the time, but he also can change into an intelligent person. The actor doesn't need to have too great of a voice range, but of course it would help. His voice should be around medium range for a male, possibly reaching into the medium low range.
