Monaca Towa is known as the Former Super Elementary School Level Homeroom, and appears to be around the age of 15 at this time. She is the only character here that didn't actually participate in the killing game in Danganronpa 3 Future Side. She is, however, the antagonist of Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls.

At first glance, Monaca is caring, lovable, and cheerful, even acting like a child. (Mostly because she is one) Because of this charming personality, people just want to continue to make her happy. However, she is actually very cunning and manipulative. When things aren't going her way, she will throw fits, bring up traumatic experiences, or force people to fight in order to try to manipulate the situation. Although she seems cheerful or manipulative, she has suicidal thoughts and possible depression. There is also a side of her that is more adult, as she is more cynical, lazy, and uncaring about everything.

Her voice should be extremely childish, and probably pretty high pitched. However, this actor should have a wide voice range, as when she gets into her more mature side, she should sound more monotone and a little deeper. Be prepared to say some strange things if you're cast, as Monaca has a very unique personality.
