We are looking for a YouTube video editor to help shape behind-the-scenes and development content for Wishfall.

This role focuses on turning raw footage (recordings of animation sessions, planning, building, and creative process) into structured, engaging videos that introduce audiences to the world and production of the series before release.

Responsibilities:
• Editing behind-the-scenes footage into cohesive YouTube videos
• Structuring content with clear pacing and narrative flow
• Trimming and organizing long recordings into engaging segments
• Adding light graphics, text, and simple effects where appropriate
• Helping identify strong moments that showcase personality and progress

You will be provided with raw footage; your job is to shape it into something watchable, intentional, and polished.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with YouTube pacing and audience retention
• Strong sense of story structure (even in casual content)
• Clean editing style (not overly chaotic or effect-heavy)
• Ability to collaborate and revise

You do not need professional experience, but you should understand how to turn “process footage” into engaging content.
