Cornelius was born in the Great Bend to normal deathclaws but when he was one year old he was abducted by the Brotherhood for test the FEV. Due to the FEV he became more intelligent than the average human and became one of the smartest scribes in the Brotherhood. He was soon given his own lab and deathclaw lab assistants and created the design for Oliver’s laser rifle arm including a ballistic rocket fist which was scrapped. Cornelius soon left off to join a Brotherhood quest to find a synth named Conrad.


Cornelius, unlike the rest of the Midwestern Brotherhood, speaks with a deep and witty voice with no accent unlike the slight midwestern accent most speak with. Cornelius loves puns and considers them a very high form of comedy as they need to be improvised at the last second. While doing his lines try to do a pun.
