Mai Ti is a chinese agent, that stayed in the vault since pre-war times. She has mostly lost faith in the old goals, but stays allegiant to her husband. She spends most of her time to read and restore old books.

If you're able to speak in a ghoulish chinese accent, that would be incredible, but since I doubt I find someone for this, it's no requirement for the role. Having her speak like a ghoul is more important than having her chinese.
