Description / Bio: Secondary character. Magby. He’s Darien’s starter pokemon. He’s a chill dude that’s just nice to be around. He’s there to constantly support Darien and help him out whenever he needs it. He’s a best-friend character. His role is to do things that Darien may not do in the story and help push him along. Basically, he’s the reason Darien may do things that the game forces him to do and I want to implement in the story.
He was a pokemon that Oak carries around in case he needs to hand over a pokemon to a starting trainer if things get really dire and he can’t go to his lab. Halten doesn’t like Oak, but he doesn’t bite the hand that feeds him. He enjoys the fact that one day, someone can depend on him for help. And that day has finally come.
Preferred Voice: He sounds like a cool dude that’s just nice to be around. His voice should be inviting and unthreatening.
Quirks in my Writing: He uses nicknames, usually calls people by ‘man.’
"Hey man, I'm sure everything'll turn out fine. Don't think too hard about it."
"Hey, good effort man! We got some good info from doing that! You'll need to do that more often so prepare yourself!"
"If you want, we could rest up. Just make sure you have enough energy before we leave. Oh, and don't slack off too long. That's not good for ya."
