The Father of "Professor Codex" in our production. A highly respected man of science, he tried his best to raise Codex after his wife walked out on them. He is wise, albeit a bit oblivious to some basic human emotion and queues. Very passionate about his work, he has a hard time managing his life outside of it.
[With a scholarly air] "The black holes of nature are the most perfect macroscopic objects there are in the universe: the only elements in their construction are our concepts of space and time."
[With Fatherly kindness] "Fret not, Shirley. All will be well, I promise you. We must be strong. Mama hasn't forgotten about you. You'll always be in her heart, as you will be in mine. Now, come, the dusk is coming to a close. Let's get you into bed, my dear.
