Flannigan would sell his own mother, if it would give him any profit. He has no qualms at all and sees his slaves as nothing but goods he could trade and sell to his likeing.
Author note: I'm nearly finished with the mod and this is the last unvoiced role, because the actor for him hasn't reported back. Please only audition for this role, if you can deliver the lines within 1 week. This role has also only around 30 lines in total.
