Cyrus has always been in the shadow of his brother, Miles. Everything that the two of them have done together, Miles has always received the credit and recognition. Cyrus has also lead his ODST team to success, but like always, never to the same level as Miles' team, which has lead to him despising Miles. He does not believe that Miles is as a fantastic of a leader and a soldier as everyone says he is.
His voice has an arrogant tone towards Miles and his team, but has an assertive and dominant sounding voice towards his team members.
They can always count on Miles to be the perfect backup plan, can't they?
Of course he would, when my team doesn't fit the bill, just leave it to Miles and Wolf Squad to waltz on in and take care of it.
