Toby is a male American employee who works at Hunni's, a coffee shop in Windly Hollows owned by Karamella and Suzy's grandmother, named Hunni. 

He tells Karamella and Suzy about the unfortunate passing of Hunni. Thankfully, he was able to give the two full ownership of their grandma's coffee business and, a few days later, made the grand reopening of Hunni's. 

(Karamella is Suzy's mother and they both have a grandmother named Hunni, who owns a coffee shop called Hunni's.
