While many of these roles are brief, some (such as VHS or narrative logs) may require more serious or emotional performances. Requirements for these roles include having a good-quality microphone with no background noise or heavy distortion, the ability to follow voice direction and feedback, being comfortable performing emotional shifts and vocal range changes, and the ability to deliver clean, raw audio files (no heavy effects unless requested).
