A former member of the Fiends gang, “Puppy” is a drug-addled psychopath whose brain has been utterly destroyed by his prolific substance abuse. He has been sewn into animal skin and is being kept as a literal human guard dog by his drug supplier, dwelling underneath his staircase and communicating almost exclusively in inhuman snarls and growls.
