Xilore is a little younger than the main cast. He lacks caring parents and a family. Growing up with Xinomes, caused him to slowly go insane. You can notice it in the episodes as he always has those random moments and this insane unforgetable laugh.
I imagined his voice to be kind of high, suiting his age and insanity level.

You idiot! You let them escape! I gave you one job and you ruined it all! (yelling, angry)
