Kip is probably the most down to earth Pokémon on the team. His docile nature can make him quite the pushover sometimes as he always had a weak physique compared to his pairs.
Yet he lacks nothing the spirit and kindness departments. He's always wears his heart on his sleeve and tries his best at everything he does.
His altruism tends to burn him out as he has the good (and bad, depending on how you want to look at it) habits of over-sympathizing with others and picking up their slack. His immense adaptability and mellow demeanor makes him quite the asset in most scenarios.
But don't be fouled. Once he stands his ground, he may stumble, he may waver, but he won't fall.

Alright so in terms of roles! He's the cinnamon roll, probably the most grounded in the group personality wise.
The average joe that tries his best because he knows that he'll fall behind everyone otherwise.
A medium ranged, late teen-ish voice, would suit him best.
He's the "relatable normie" so his voice should reflect that much. Something gentle and comforting, like a good trusty friend.

(His old voice actor is rather busy with college last time I've checked and we haven't talked in several months, so I'm doing this just in case he doesn't come back.)
But I'm open to girls voicing him if their voices are deep enough! I can imagine him never completely hitting puberty too. XD
