Ruruka Andou is known as the Former Super High School Level Confectioner. She was a part of the 76th class at Hopes Peak Academy, but was expelled before she could graduate. She is around 24 years old at this time. Ruruka is the 9th victim in Danganronpa 3, but things could change this time around.

Ruruka is very cunning, and is described to be very mean and rude, despite her cute appearance. She is quite manipulative, and not above using people to get what she wants. Ruruka is also very selfish, only caring about herself. While she is mean to most people, she appears to act sweetly with her boyfriend, Sonosuke Izayoi. She feeds him her sweets, brainwashing him. Because of this skill, she is a very skilled persuader. Ruruka has a strong fear of being betrayed, often saying that she would rather betray others first, so they couldn't do it before her. She also seems to have trust issues, and takes things rather personally.

She should have around a medium pitched voice for a female, nothing too deep or high. The actor should be able to display a wide range of emotions, as they will likely have to yell, cry, and sound sweet. There are times where it seems like her personality changes, from sweet to angry, so be able to do that.
