Evelyn Page is the main character of our story. She's the daughter of a long-term, crucial alcoholic mother, which has given her a poor sight on life. All her life she's been taking care of both her mother and herself. But since her mom doesn't seem to appreciate it enough, Evelyn decides to run away from home.  

Even though her childhood have been rough she's still a caring person, but she hides it well.  Due to her mother, she thinks that most people are terrible and horrible. She doesn't trust people easily and the few she does let into her life are held dearly.  Her sight on life has made her bitter and she doesn't believe in such thing as hope and faith.
