Victor is a minor antagonist from the first episode but is very important as he is a representation of what humanity has become and what loneliness, radiation and mental instability can do to a person. This character is a sick and twisted man who lives in a shack with meat sacks adorning the walls. He is generally unnerving, wanting to perform surgery on an unconscious Ace to turn him into a woman to have relations with. Despite being a minor character I want him to leave an impact on what happens even after he is killed.
