Exos soon grew weary of the lack of celebration and courting in the world… They decided to brew a previously toxic concoction known only to the Primordials: alcohol. Once done, they took the first finished bottle of alcohol and mixed it with his essence. He then poured it into a cornfield. The puddle rose up, and out of it rose Yulla. Yulla graced the mortals with her knowledge of brewing, and asked that they use it only in celebration. This led to more frequent celebrations, and populations began to grow. Alcohol began to be used in more recreational fashions. The Elves disliked traditional alcohol and developed their own sweeter varieties, including cider, wine, and spiced rum.

Yulla is the Goddess of Wine and Mead. She's highly neutral and simply goes wherever the next pint is to be served. Celebrations involving alcohol please her greatly, and at times she likes to indulge herself. For her, I imagine something along the lines of a ditzy college girl who has that hint of Goddess undertone to her.
