Cassi is a bubbly, sweet, and kind of airy young woman studying fine arts. Specifically, she likes to paint. She should have a cheerful, sing-songy kind of voice. Her mouth moves too fast for her little brain to handle. So every now and then she stutters or stumbles over her words.
I imagine her sounding like Marin Kitagawa from My Dress Up Darling. Except maybe a bit more hyper/excitable.
