Ulysees Helar is composed and relaxed with an effortlessly sinister presence. A well-established power broker, Helar has spent years amassing enormous power through coin, social capital, and magic. An intensely threatening individual, he maintains control over himself and everything around him at all times.
An older masculine voice with a sharp, unique tone is preferred but not essential. English RP is required.
