Keijo is a hot headed and brute guy.  He's rather rude and vulgar when the mood suits him. He's loud, cocky and confident in his abilities and can sometimes get violent and nasty. 

He does have a nice side to him when you agree with 100% of what he says, and when you call him out, his counter measures are usually cussing the person out or weak comebacks trying to prove a point. Keijo always tries to seem intimidating and cool to whoever he meets, but sometimes his nasty personality has backlash and he ends up getting pretty depressed. Keijo can be an absolute stubborn tsundere. He is easily flustered when actually praised or when people actually try to set aside his tough violent side. He's the kind of guy who believes its a mans job to do the dirty work. This notion clashes with Kaguya's often and the two constantly lash out a lot at each other, act hostile around one another and sometimes brawl out physically
