Goat mom! The previous queen of the underground, and spouse to ASGORE. She's tried to save the six humans who came before Frisk, but they all were just as determined to leave as Frisk is. The voice I would prefer for this is a motherly, kind one, but also have the ability to sound angry; like when talking to ASGORE, or trying to dissuade the human from leaving the RUINS. Make sure you sound eager when saying the first line, because Toriel loves to meet a new child!
Do not be afraid, my child. I am TORIEL, caretaker of the RUINS.
Do not "Tori" me, Dreemurr! You pathetic whelp. If you really wanted to free our kind, you could have left after you got one SOUL, taken six from the humans, and freed us all peacefully!
