Death is an energetic, emotive sort of character that tends not to take things very seriously. He acts as the primary comedic relief, and is always smiling. However, despite his silly exterior he is also capable of being incredibly threatening but also incredibly kind. There's a sliver of empathy within him that seems to, perhaps, be greater than he lets on.

He takes inspiration from Ryan Reynold's Deadpool - both in voice and in character. His voice specifically is very variable, but when serious he grows surprisingly calm and contained.

Any American accent can be auditioned with - and his accent is also not concrete - but if you want something to go off of a Midwestern/Northwestern American accent is what I have decided for now (what people may consider a "normal" or "typical" American accent).
